Hi I'm Vana and I live through creating.
I would say I was born a creative soul and some things never change. I love to capture moments in every way possible; poetry, art, photography, journaling, you name it. Photography, specifically, interests me because I see it as a portal to time. It gives us the power to pause time and keep memories living far after the moment has passed. Whether it is a baby’s first birthday or dreadful Christmas photos, it is an honor for me to halt those moments and provide everlasting recollections. As I am digging through my parents’ shoeboxes filled with old photos, there is always a smile on my face. I feel thankful to have photos I can look back on and reminisce the 'good old days'. I hope to provide that feeling for others as well years down the line.
